If an item is already shipped out, there will be no returns or refunds.
As the nature of this store is selling magazine clippings and similar goods, the condition of such items will be usually 95% new, so please expect there to be small defects.
If an item has sustained considerable wear, it is thrown in the trash before it can ever be listed.
II) SHIPPING & HANDLING
Packages are generally dispatched within 3 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Korea Post. If you choose a method without tracking, you will only be notified when your package has been sent out.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. Any excesses in shipping fees (i.e multiple orders that can be grouped into one and sent in one shipment) will be refunded to you.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

In the rare case that an item is lost in the mail, I'm sorry, but as it says above.. all sales are final. After I ship it out, I will not take responsibility for lost or damaged items. I pack them very carefully and print out the labels or write as clearly as possible, so if anything happens I cannot take the fault.

If you have selected surface shipping and your delivery address is to a country not listed here, your order will be cancelled and you will have to re-order with a different shipping method selected.
FREE SHIPPING: This offer is only available for registered surface shipping for orders over $100 USD (before fees added) and for up to $20; if the surface shipping cost exceeds that amount, the buyer will be billed the difference. If surface shipping is unavailable or the buyer prefers airmail shipping, the buyer will have to bourne the difference.
Return Policy: All sales are final and no returns are accepted except in the case that you get the completely wrong item, which then you can return (within 15 days upon receiving it) for a full refund or for your item.
In some very rare cases, if an item that should have been marked as out of inventory but was not will slip under my radar and if you purchase something that should be marked as out of stock, you will promptly be given a full refund.
For lost or damaged items in the mail, unfortunately, there will be no refunds.
